Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Casino Hermes, operated under the Casino Hermes brand via the website germes.casino ("Casino Hermes", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data of players and visitors ("you", "your"). It applies to all individuals who access germes.casino, create an account, participate in gambling activities, interact with our marketing, or otherwise provide personal data to us.
Because we offer remote gambling services to, among others, players located in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions, our data practices are designed to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR"), the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data protection laws. Where relevant, we also take into account EU GDPR standards and comparable frameworks.
This document focuses on privacy and data protection only. It does not constitute a licence or regulatory approval for gambling activities and does not change the fact that Casino Hermes does not hold a remote gambling licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission. Your UK data protection rights may still apply even where gambling regulation and dispute mechanisms do not.
Effective date: 6 November 2025.
Who We Are
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the data controller responsible for your personal data is Casino Hermes, as represented by Casino Hermes and operated via germes.casino. Casino Hermes is part of a wider offshore operator and affiliate group that has historically included entities such as Engage Entertainment Group S.A., Engage Entertainment Group Inc., Tall Mountain Limited and the Revenue Giants affiliate network. The precise legal role of each entity in the group (owner, operator, license holder or marketing partner) may vary over time and across jurisdictions.
Casino Hermes currently operates as an offshore remote gambling service. It has historically been associated with licences or sub-licences issued in Curaçao (for example under master licence references commonly cited as 8048/JAZ via Antillephone N.V.). As of 2025, Casino Hermes does not hold a remote gambling licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission, and it does not maintain a public-facing physical office or corporate registration record in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in Europe. Certain details such as company registration number, tax identification number and full legal address are not publicly disclosed and will be updated in this Privacy Policy when verified.
We manage privacy matters through a dedicated data protection contact or team (sometimes referred to as a Data Protection Officer or "DPO-equivalent"). You can reach our data protection contact by using the support or "Contact Us" channels available within your germes.casino account or on the website. The contact details published there serve as the primary channel for exercising your data protection rights and for any questions about this Privacy Policy.
What Personal Data We Collect
We collect and process different categories of personal data depending on how you interact with Casino Hermes and germes.casino. Some data is provided directly by you, some is generated by your use of our services, and some is obtained from third parties such as payment providers, verification services and affiliate partners.
Identity and Contact Data
- Basic identification: full name, date of birth, gender (if provided), nationality and unique customer identifiers assigned by us.
- Contact details: email address, postal or billing address, country of residence, language preferences and, where provided, telephone number or mobile number.
- KYC/verification data: copies or details of identity documents (passport, ID card, driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information and any other documents you upload for verification or responsible gambling checks.
Account, Gameplay and Behavioural Data
- Account information: username, password hash, account settings, preferences, communication choices and records of bonuses, loyalty programmes and promotions you join.
- Gameplay and betting data: game sessions, game types played, stakes and wager amounts, wins and losses, jackpots, bonus usage, in-game actions, betting history and timestamps.
- Behavioural and interaction data: clicks, page views, navigation paths, session duration, response to offers, marketing engagement (email opens, link clicks, unsubscribes) and interactions with customer support (tickets, chat transcripts, complaint records).
Technical and Device Data

- Log and diagnostic data: login and logout timestamps, failed login attempts, session tokens, security events, error logs, latency and performance metrics.
- Location-related data: country inferred from IP address or payment method, and, where legally permitted and technically implemented, coarse geolocation for fraud, risk and compliance purposes (we do not use precise GPS data).
Payment and Financial Data
- Transaction details: deposits, withdrawals, bonuses credited, chargebacks, reversals and transaction timestamps, amounts and currencies.
- Payment method details: limited card or account identifiers (such as masked card numbers), e-wallet identifiers, bank account or IBAN details and cryptocurrency wallet identifiers when applicable. Sensitive payment credentials are processed by payment providers and are not stored by us in full.
- Compliance and risk data: AML/KYC flags, risk scores, sanctions screening results, responsible gambling risk indicators and notes relating to payment verification, disputes or suspicious activity.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
- Cookies and trackers: small files placed on your device that store information about your session, preferences, authentication status and tracking identifiers for analytics or advertising.
- Web beacons, pixels and tags: code or images used to measure email performance, track conversions, attribute traffic to affiliates and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Device storage and similar tools: local storage or browser storage used for remembering settings and preferences, where legally permitted.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data only where we have a valid legal basis under the UK GDPR and any other applicable data protection law. Depending on the specific processing activity, one or more of the following legal grounds will apply:
- Performance of a contract: We process data that is necessary to enter into and perform our contract with you, including to create and maintain your account, verify your eligibility to play, provide games and betting services, process deposits and withdrawals, apply bonuses, handle customer support and manage your participation in promotions and loyalty schemes.
- Compliance with legal obligations: We must process certain data to comply with legal and regulatory obligations in relevant jurisdictions, including AML and counter-terrorist financing laws, sanctions screening, responsible gambling duties, accounting and tax obligations, fraud reporting and record-keeping requirements (such as retaining transaction data for a minimum period). This may apply even where Casino Hermes is not locally licensed in your country but is subject to laws in its operating jurisdictions.
- Legitimate interests: We process data where it is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. This includes securing our systems, preventing and detecting fraud, abuse and bonus misuse, enforcing our terms and conditions, defending legal claims, improving our services and website, maintaining accurate records, and tailoring content and offers in a proportionate way. We apply balancing tests to assess when our legitimate interests are compatible with your rights.
- Your consent: In certain cases we rely on your consent, such as for sending electronic marketing communications (email, SMS, push notifications) where consent is required, using non-essential cookies and similar technologies for analytics or advertising, or, where applicable, using certain optional profiling for personalised offers. You can withdraw your consent at any time as described in this Privacy Policy; withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out.
- Establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims: We may process and retain relevant data where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, regulatory investigations or alternative dispute resolution, including in connection with the historically complex complaint environment surrounding offshore operators like Casino Hermes.
Purpose of Processing
We use your personal data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. These purposes include:
- Providing and managing casino services: to open, verify and administer your account; allow you to deposit funds, place bets and play games; settle wagers and pay winnings; manage bonuses and loyalty rewards; and provide customer support and dispute handling related to your account and gameplay.
- Compliance, risk management and responsible gambling: to perform identity checks and age verification; comply with AML and sanctions obligations; conduct affordability and risk assessments; monitor for problem gambling behaviour; apply deposit, loss or session limits where appropriate; and maintain records required by law or by our historical licensing or regulatory frameworks.
- Service improvement and analytics: to analyse site performance, gameplay patterns, product usage and technical logs; identify bugs and security issues; improve game offerings and features; and make business decisions about products, promotions and customer experience, using aggregated or pseudonymised data where possible.
- Marketing and personalisation: to send you service-related communications, promotional offers, newsletters and surveys (subject to your marketing preferences and applicable consent requirements); to personalise content and offers displayed on germes.casino; and to measure and optimise the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and affiliate partnerships.
- Fraud prevention and security: to detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse, money laundering, account takeovers and other misuse; to authenticate users; to secure our systems and data; and to investigate suspicious activities or breaches of our terms and conditions or applicable laws.
- Legal, regulatory and corporate purposes: to cooperate with regulators, law enforcement, tax authorities and alternative dispute bodies where applicable; to respond to lawful requests; to maintain internal records; to manage potential mergers, acquisitions, restructurings or asset transfers involving Casino Hermes; and to enforce or defend our legal rights and those of our group companies, players and partners.
Disclosure & Sharing
We do not sell your personal data as a standalone asset. However, we do share personal data with carefully selected third parties where this is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, where we are legally required to do so, or where you have given your consent.
- Group companies and affiliates: We may share data with entities associated with the Casino Hermes operator group, such as Engage Entertainment Group S.A., Engage Entertainment Group Inc., Tall Mountain Limited and the Revenue Giants affiliate programme, for purposes including account administration, risk management, marketing attribution, technical support and internal reporting. These entities may be located outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA).
- Payment and financial service providers: We share relevant identity, transaction and verification data with banks, card schemes, e-wallet providers, cryptocurrency payment processors, payment gateways and anti-fraud services to process deposits and withdrawals, prevent fraud and comply with AML and other legal obligations.
- Verification, analytics and technology vendors: We use third-party service providers to perform identity checks, sanctions screening, geo-location, device fingerprinting, analytics, security monitoring, cloud hosting, content delivery, customer support tools, email services and marketing technology. These providers act as data processors under our instructions and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Regulators and public authorities: Where required or permitted by law, we may disclose personal data to regulators, tax authorities, courts, law enforcement agencies and other public bodies. Because Casino Hermes is an offshore operator with historical connections to Curaçao and other jurisdictions, disclosures may involve authorities outside the UK, even though we are unlicensed by the UK Gambling Commission. This does not limit your rights under UK data protection law.
- Business transfers: In the event of a proposed or actual reorganisation, sale, merger, acquisition, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or part of our business or assets, personal data may be shared with prospective or actual counterparties and their advisers, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations and continued protection of your rights.
- Advertising and affiliate partners: With your consent where required, we may share limited identifiers (such as cookie IDs or tracking links) with advertising networks, affiliate partners (including the Revenue Giants network) and marketing platforms to attribute traffic, calculate commissions and measure marketing performance. We seek to minimise the amount of personal data shared for these purposes.
- Professional advisers and dispute bodies: We may share data with lawyers, auditors, consultants and, where applicable, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. Note that for UK players, there is no UKGC-approved ADR specific to Casino Hermes; complaints to Curaçao or other offshore authorities have historically been of limited practical effect, as noted in independent industry analyses.
Whenever we share personal data with third parties, we aim to do so on the basis of written agreements that require those parties to use the data only for specified purposes, implement appropriate security measures and comply with applicable data protection laws.
International Transfers
Because Casino Hermes operates as an offshore online casino and relies on international infrastructure and service providers, your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the UK and the EEA. These may include, in particular, Curaçao and other Caribbean or Latin American jurisdictions associated with historical licensing or corporate registration, as well as countries where our cloud, payment, analytics or support vendors are located (such as the United States or other third countries).
When we transfer personal data outside the UK, we take steps to ensure that an adequate level of protection is provided in accordance with UK data protection law:
- Adequacy decisions: Where the UK government has recognised a country as providing an adequate level of data protection, transfers to that country may take place without additional specific safeguards.
- Standard contractual clauses and UK addenda: For other countries, we typically rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses combined with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, as applicable, to contractually require equivalent protection for your personal data.
- Contractual and organisational measures: We implement additional measures, such as access controls, encryption, strict data minimisation and internal policies, to mitigate risks associated with international transfers, particularly to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of protection as UK or EU law.
- Derogations: In limited situations (for example, when you explicitly request a transfer in the context of a particular support or payment issue), we may rely on specific legal derogations under the UK GDPR.
Despite these measures, you should be aware that the legal systems and enforcement mechanisms in certain offshore jurisdictions where Casino Hermes or its partners operate may not provide the same avenues for redress as the UK. This does not affect your ability to exercise your UK data protection rights with us or to lodge complaints with the UK Information Commissioner's Office, as described below.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, and taking into account the specific risks and offshore regulatory context in which Casino Hermes operates. When determining appropriate retention periods, we consider factors such as the type of personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and applicable legal obligations.
- Account and identification data: Basic account data (identity, contact details, account history) is typically retained for the duration of your relationship with us and for up to five (5) years after your account is closed, to comply with AML, fraud prevention and record-keeping obligations and to handle any legal claims. In some cases, where required by law or in connection with ongoing disputes, data may be retained for a longer period.
- KYC and verification documents: Copies of identity documents, proof of address and similar verification materials are generally retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship or the execution of the last transaction, consistent with AML regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Transaction and gaming records: Detailed transaction histories, betting and game logs and related financial records are usually kept for between five (5) and ten (10) years after account closure, depending on legal and tax requirements and the need to evidence disputes or audits.
- Marketing and communication data: Data used for marketing purposes is retained until you withdraw your consent or object to processing, or until it becomes clear that you are no longer engaging with our communications, after which it may be anonymised or deleted, subject to shorter or longer retention where required by law (for example, to maintain a suppression list).
- Technical logs and security data: Security logs, event logs and diagnostic data are generally retained for shorter periods, typically between ninety (90) days and two (2) years, depending on their purpose and relevance for security, fraud detection and incident investigations.
When personal data is no longer required for any of the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and no longer needs to be retained to meet legal or regulatory obligations, we will securely delete, anonymise or irreversibly de-identify it. If we cannot fully delete certain data due to technical or legal constraints, we will implement appropriate measures to restrict its further processing.
Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, other data protection laws such as the EU GDPR and Mexican privacy legislation, you have several rights in relation to your personal data. These rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions, particularly in the context of fraud prevention, AML obligations and the offshore regulatory setting in which Casino Hermes operates. We will always assess requests on a case-by-case basis and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Data Protection Rights
- Right of access: You can request confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of that data together with information about how and why it is processed. We will provide this in a concise, transparent and intelligible form.
- Right to rectification: You can request that we correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete data, including updating your contact details or verification information. Where feasible, we may allow you to correct certain data directly within your account.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You can request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances, for example where it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis, or where you validly object to processing. We may not be able to erase data that must be retained for legal, regulatory or legitimate interest reasons (such as AML, fraud prevention and legal claims).
- Right to restriction of processing: You can ask us to restrict the processing of your data in certain situations, such as where you contest its accuracy or where processing is unlawful and you prefer restriction over erasure. During restriction, we will store the data but generally not use it for active purposes other than those permitted by law.
- Right to object: You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests, including profiling related to those interests. We will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms or where processing is required for legal claims. You always have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling for marketing, in which case we will stop such processing.
- Right to data portability: In certain cases, you can request that we provide you with personal data you have given us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or that we transmit it directly to another controller where technically feasible and legally permitted.
- Rights related to automated decision-making: Where we use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects (for example, certain fraud, AML or responsible gambling assessments), you may have the right to obtain human intervention, express your point of view and contest the decision, subject to legal and regulatory constraints.
- Marketing and consent rights: You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications or to the use of non-essential cookies at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can also adjust your marketing preferences through your account settings where available.
Alignment With Mexican and Other Regulations
While Casino Hermes and germes.casino are primarily structured for offshore gambling and are not specifically targeted at Mexico, we recognise that players from a range of jurisdictions may access our services. To the extent that Mexican privacy law (including principles similar to the ARCO rights - Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition - under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) applies, we will seek to honour equivalent rights on a good-faith basis, subject to overriding legal obligations and technical limitations.
Exercising Your Rights
- How to contact us: To exercise your data protection rights, please contact us through the customer support or "Contact Us" channels provided on germes.casino and clearly indicate that your request relates to data protection or privacy. The contact details displayed there function as your primary contact point with our data protection team.
- Verification of identity: We may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity and ensure that we do not disclose data to unauthorised individuals, particularly given the heightened risks of fraud and account takeover in the online gambling sector.
- Response timeframe and cost: We aim to respond to all valid requests without undue delay and in any event within one (1) month of receipt. In complex cases or where we receive numerous requests, this period may be extended by up to two (2) additional months, in which case we will inform you of the extension and reasons. We will generally handle requests free of charge, but we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on requests that are manifestly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, as permitted by law.
- Limitations: Certain rights may be limited where processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations (for example AML, fraud, sanctions), for the exercise or defence of legal claims or for important public interest grounds. We will explain any such limitations in our response.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Casino Hermes uses cookies and similar technologies on germes.casino to ensure the proper functioning of the site, enhance your experience, analyse performance and, where permitted, deliver relevant marketing. The use of cookies is governed by UK privacy and electronic communications rules as well as the UK GDPR.
Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are essential for the operation of the website and for enabling basic functions such as logging in, maintaining your session, processing payments and keeping your account secure. They cannot be switched off via our cookie tools but may be blocked in your browser (which may cause parts of the site to stop working).
- Functional cookies: These cookies remember your preferences (such as language, region and display settings) and help provide an improved, more personalised experience. They may also be used to remember choices you make about cookie settings themselves.
- Analytics and performance cookies: These cookies collect information about how visitors use the site, including which pages are visited most often, how users navigate and whether they encounter errors. We use this information in aggregated form to improve site performance and usability. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before placing these cookies.
- Advertising and targeting cookies: These cookies may be set by us or by third-party advertising and affiliate partners (including networks associated with Revenue Giants) to build a profile of your interests, show you relevant ads on other sites and track the performance and commission of our marketing campaigns. These cookies are non-essential and will generally be used only with your consent.
Managing Cookies
- Cookie banner and settings: When you first visit germes.casino (and periodically thereafter), you may be presented with a cookie banner or settings panel allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies and to change your choices. You can adjust your preferences at any time using the tools provided on the site, where available.
- Browser controls: Most web browsers allow you to block, delete or disable cookies via their settings. Please note that blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, may impact your ability to log in, place bets or use key features of the site.
- Other tracking technologies: If you wish to limit tracking by web beacons or pixels in emails, you can disable automatic loading of images in your email client and avoid clicking on links in emails you do not trust.
Your choice to refuse or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use core services, although some features may be less tailored to your preferences.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and recognise that the offshore, remote and historically opaque corporate environment associated with Casino Hermes and its related entities presents heightened risks that must be managed carefully. We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.
Technical and Organisational Measures
- Encryption and secure transmission: We use modern encryption protocols (such as TLS 1.2 or higher) to protect data in transit between your device and our systems. We also aim to use encryption or equivalent safeguards for sensitive data at rest, particularly payment-related and identification data held by our service providers.
- Access controls and authentication: Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes. We use authentication mechanisms, role-based access controls and logging of access where appropriate. We encourage or require multi-factor authentication for internal administrative access and may provide similar options to players where technically available.
- Infrastructure and application security: We utilise firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention tools, anti-malware solutions and hardened configurations to protect our infrastructure. We apply security patches and updates on a risk-based schedule and use environment segregation to reduce the impact of potential incidents.
- Monitoring, audits and testing: We conduct internal security reviews, risk assessments and periodic testing of key systems. Where appropriate, we may engage external experts to perform security assessments or audits of selected components. While we take inspiration from recognised frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, Casino Hermes is not formally certified under these standards as of November 2025.
- Staff awareness and policies: Staff with access to personal data receive training on data protection, security and confidentiality obligations. We maintain internal policies covering acceptable use, access management, incident reporting and data handling.
Incident Response
Despite our efforts, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will investigate promptly, take appropriate remedial measures and, where required by law, notify relevant supervisory authorities and affected individuals without undue delay. Given the offshore and historically contentious environment around Casino Hermes and its operator group, we treat incident reporting and remediation as a critical compliance function.
Complaints & Contacts
We encourage you to contact us first if you have any questions or concerns about how we process your personal data, or if you wish to exercise your data protection rights. We aim to handle complaints fairly, transparently and within the timeframes required by law.
How to Contact Us
- Primary contact channels: Please use the customer support or "Contact Us" options available on germes.casino (for example via help centre, ticketing system or in-account messaging). Indicate that your message concerns a privacy or data protection issue so it can be directed to the appropriate team.
- Data protection contact: Requests specifically related to data protection will be handled by our data protection contact or DPO-equivalent within the Casino Hermes group. Where an email address or dedicated form for privacy issues is provided in the contact section of germes.casino, you should use that channel.
Complaint Handling Procedure
- Acknowledgement: We will aim to acknowledge receipt of your complaint or rights request within seven (7) days.
- Investigation and response: We will investigate the issue and provide a substantive response within one (1) month of receiving a complete request. For complex matters or multiple concurrent complaints, this period may be extended by up to two (2) additional months, and we will inform you of any extension and the reasons.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a more senior manager or to the data protection contact within our group. We will review the matter again and attempt to resolve it, taking into account our legal and technical constraints as an offshore operator.
Supervisory Authorities and External Recourse
- United Kingdom: If you are located in the UK or your data is otherwise subject to UK law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office ("ICO") if you believe that your data protection rights have been infringed. Further information is available on the ICO's website (www.ico.org.uk).
- European Union / EEA: If you are located in an EU or EEA member state and the EU GDPR applies, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or with the authority of your main place of residence, place of work or place of alleged infringement.
- Mexico: If Mexican data protection law applies to you, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the Mexican data protection authority (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales - INAI) in addition to contacting us directly.
Please note that these supervisory authorities deal with data protection and privacy issues. For gambling-related outcomes or payment disputes, the usual alternative dispute resolution options overseen by the UK Gambling Commission do not apply to Casino Hermes because it does not hold a UKGC licence. Complaints to offshore regulators such as Curaçao authorities have historically provided limited practical relief, as publicly reported by various industry watchdogs. This makes it particularly important to raise privacy and data protection concerns directly with us and, where necessary, with data protection regulators.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, technology, legal or regulatory requirements, or industry best practices. The "Last updated" date at the end of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
Notification of Changes
- Minor changes: For non-material updates (for example clarifications, corrections or changes that do not materially affect your rights or our processing), we may update the Privacy Policy without specific individual notice, but we will ensure that the latest version is always available on germes.casino.
- Material changes: For material changes that significantly affect how we process your personal data or your rights (such as new categories of data, new purposes or changes to legal bases), we will provide more prominent notice. This may include email notifications, in-account messages, website banners or pop-up notices.
- Advance notice: Where feasible and required by law, we will give you at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before material changes take effect, particularly where they involve new processing activities based on consent or legitimate interest assessments.
Your Options on Updates
- Reviewing changes: We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your personal data, especially given the evolving regulatory environment for offshore gambling operators and the ongoing reforms affecting jurisdictions historically associated with Casino Hermes.
- Objecting or closing your account: If you do not agree with an updated version of the Privacy Policy, you may have the right to object to certain processing activities or to close your account. Closing your account will not automatically erase all of your data, but we will cease active use of your data for purposes incompatible with the version of the Privacy Policy you accepted, subject to our legal obligations and legitimate interests as described in this document.
